Just use paint.
Open paint.
goto file/open
choose first pic and resize it using image/stretch-skew to keep image proportions.
now resize your canvas if needed using the small dots at the sides and corners to make room for second pic.
then goto edit/paste from
choose your second pic.
again resize it using stretch/skew. (the second picture may take a few attempts since paint doesnt let you hold a key (like photoshop) to maintain image proportions. Just use small amounts to get it the size you want it.
Position the second pic where you want it and then resize your canvas to hug the edges of the two pics to get rid of the white.
Then file/save as and save it where and in what format you wish.

Hope this helps.

I know that this is what I'm looking for, i just can't stretch/skew the picture because I not that familiar with paint. Can you post a couple of pictures or use Camtasia to record a video of you doing it?

The thing is using Paint will not keep the image looking that great. What you need is Photoshop. It has the ability to covert a object to a smart image. From there you resize it and when you get it to the size you want, after you click okay, it keeps the same quality.

Using Paint you will lose quality. It would be like going from a png image to a bmp. I can show you how to do it with Photoshop if you wish.

That will work. I just don't want to use a bunch of programs to do it
