What performance increase do I get using these drivers instead of Ati & Nvidia?

Someboby told me that for increase performance I should use these drivers.

they told me to Download Driver Cleaner Pro from www.drivercleaner.net to clean my old driver then install these.

Why and How?

Maybe they are similar to http://www.omegadrivers.net/
Dunno much about them. You can try them out. I don't think it can damage anything. Probably just boot in safe mode and remove them if they don't work.
