Thanks for answering this question for us but having a very slow broadband connection I would like to know if I can get this 250Mb update any other way? As ever thanks for the help and guidance.

There is no other way, that i know of, to obtain this update. I have not seen any CD or media offered for this to be send via snail mail.
Maybe you can go to a friends house with a USB Thumb Drive or possibly a Library?

IF Maks option isn't an option try a p2p program to dl, it may take a week to get but you will find it and download it with out having to baby sit it.

Something like this would be VERY hard to find on a P2P Program. As it is readily available. And for free. There are not many places that will have a Virus Free version on a P2P site.
