What is this?
Why is windows doing this?
It started happening not long ago. It happens when I bring back windows from hibernating. I stopped it by going to standby mode and then logging in again.
No idea what it is.

Looks like some kind of bug.Have you tried installing the latest graphics card driver?There might also be a fix on Windows website.

I ended up doing a restore point. Seems like everything is ok now. It might have been some crap that I downloaded a few days ago.
