WTF recently while im using internet explorer when i go to any forum websites it wont load the newest page i will have to refresh the page a few times for it to update and when i try logging in after i log in it redirects me back to the login page and asks to log in but if i refresh it goes to the right page??? does anyone know wat is causing this problem because it is very time consuming process just to load one page

just clear your cache/temp files...etc

start
run

ctrl+A - then delete...let it delete as much as it can
