Hello everyone! I have a little problem with Vista sometimes. If I open a program or application, sometimes it will come up with the Windows 97 theme going on. You can see that picture below.



I'm talking about the top bar.


Now, this is normally what it's supposed to look like.



This may not seem like a big problem, but it's been happening a lot more lately. The only reason I really care is because if it happens to Firefox for example, for some reason, audio will not work on the browser. Also, any video I watch is extremely choppy and also has no sound to it. Once I restart the browser, it works perfectly fine.

I was just curious what is causing this and why it's happening. Thanks for reading this!

Ah, just happened when I opened Windows Media Player now. If it happens when I open that, it won't play the file.

Any help with this annoying inconvenience?
