I have an user that got a serious error ..
I could get the whole error...but it goes something like this:

System recoverred from a serious error....Error report content: C:\windows\minidump\min129
C:\Document~\username\Locals~1\temp\wer1c.tmpdir00 \sysdata.xml
Error Signature: BCCODE:di, BCP1: 000005F, BCP2: 000000D, BCP3: 000000, BCP4: F4618FD.


What maintenance process could I run. ??
Would this be spyware, a virus. ???

Does the system have Roxio on it?

hmmm this is good to know for future reference. How does what resolve this issue short of removing the roxio product? is there a patch or something?

I to would try a repiar. If that doesnt work it may be hardware related. Run a scan disk on the hard drive, then test out memory, then see if the system is overheating etc..
