Default Want The Xp Look

I AM TRYING TO FIND A PROGRAM THE WILL MAKE MY WINDOWS 98 LOOK LIKE XP, JUST DESKTOP AND STUFF...START BAR, ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN FIND THIS?? ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT!

Yeah...Stardock does makes some nice stuff for the gooey fans.

I would just add that if you're still running Win98, chances are your system specs are old or "older" i should say. Your pc may run slower w/ windows blinds installed depending on how much memory you've got in yoru system.

just go out and burn..... i mean, buy XP

I think Windowblinds is about the only program that can skin 98 to look like XP
but if you had XP you'd get sick of the look (trust me), and get something like StyleXP

Just curious, what's keeping you on 98? If your computer came running 98, chances are it can handle XP.

Well...the thing keeping me on 98 is I like the way it preforms but I would really like to have XP, just dont have the money for the disk I have the windows 2000 update if someone will trade me

I believe object bar will give you some of the functionality of XP, it is also on the stardock website.

i tried the windowblinds thing for my 2000 and it works kinda ok. doesn't fully give the xp look. does make me wish i had the xp os sort of just for the totally customizable looks though.
