Question W2K: right-click slow to respond

OS: Windows 2000 service pack 4

When right-clicking on desktop or toolbar icons, option window takes 15 seconds or more to display.

Could be a lot of things. Then again, Windows 2000 is one of the slowest OS's Microsoft put out, so I wouldn't be surprised if you ran into a lot of "check the kettle" processes.
