Three versions of Visual Studio 2008 Beta 2 are available; Standard (clocking in at 722.7 MB) Professional (clocking in at 3126.7 MB) and the set of free Express editions (clocking in around 500 MB apiece). The new license in Visual Studio 2008 Beta 2 includes a "go live" provision, which allows you to use it in production.
