Default vista slower NOw that fixed

uM i got a virus on my laptop so i desided to use the back up disk that came with the computer and i returned it back to box stage and now that im done and it all back to new state i noticed that my system running lil slower then it was b4 the virus and the reboot disk thingy is there some thing i forgot to do or is it kos i had the virus so it going to b slow now?
