Okay, I checked the forums, there's only one recent thread on this so:

I bought a Toshiba satellite for an arm and a leg, and I want to make it dual boot Vista and XP. In order to do this I have to install XP on my second primary partition, this ruins the Vista bootloader. Then I use the Vista recovery disc (creation wizard found at START>ALL PROGRAMS>MAINTENANCE>CREATE RACOVERY DISC) to repair the Vista boot process. Next I use a program called Easy BCD to setup the boot menu and stuff.

My problem is that I can't find the recovery disc creator or the download for one.

Since you use EasyBCD why not go to their site and get help there.
