Thumbs down Vista Problem
I wiped my Vista hard drive partition because I hate vista. Now whenever I start my PC, Boot manager asks me to choose between "Earlier version of windows" (MCE) and "Windows Vista" which isn't even there anymore. Anyone know how to stop this, or get my pc to automatically choose "earlier version"?
I tried 'start > run > msconfig > BOOT.INI' but there was nothing about Vista in it. Please help!

Vista uses BCD not boot.ini for the boot manager.

Google for EasyBCD. That will remove the Vista bootloader.
