- Friend brought over her laptop
- Takes forever to load windows vista
- ITs on that black screen and then you see a green bars loading from left to right. This is way before you even type your credentials to log on Vista
- I'm able to boot into safe mode, did a little scanning here and there of: CCleaner, AVG ANtivirus, Superantispyware
- I rebooted and it still showing the same loading problem

how do I make this laptop load to vista normally without having to go to safe mode?

What are the specs on the laptop?
How long does it take to get you to the desktop, not including loading all the applications?

Since it is taking windows that long to load I would say you either have the bare-minimal of hardware required to run the OS, or your hard drive might have some bad sectors. In safe mode run error checking on the drive.
