Post vista errors what do I do


I was installing an anti virus and playing with the firewall when I got this 3 errors. Every time I tried to unistall an antivirus or go into a restore point, it would get me these errors. Unfortunately I don't have any restore points to go back to ....
any clues ?

Yeah you corrupted your Windows install. Only a full format and fresh install will help you. There is no repair feature with Vista.
