Default Virtual Memory

Idealy what's the best amount of virtual memory to allocate? I hear many storys of not too much or it will be slow, or none because it wont thrash the drive. Or just the standard story of 1.5-2x your physical memory. I have 1.5GB of ram, and currently have 2301 to the virtual drive and just 2301 as a set number because i heard its better that way instead of like 1500-2000 possible amonut.

I use a single 120GB 7,200rpm HDD.

Default

with 1.5 gb of ram, the standard x1.5 should be fine.
