Where does one use a virtual drive? How do you create one?

Virual drive is a logical drive created by a program to trick your computer into seeing an optical drive. You can mount images of cd's to it so your computer thinks there is a cd int he system.

You will need a program like Daemon Tools or Alcohol 120%.

if you are pirating games then it is Neccessary to Mount the Iso Image

its alot quicker too when its installing from the hard drive compared from the cd rom to the hard drive. hence the games and stuff runs quicker smoother and there is no reason to leave you chair

Yes, .iso files are one of many image file types.
