Default Video Camera Problem

I have a DV video camera. When I try to start a video chat on aim it says that the program is in use by another app. But I don't have any other apps running that have anything to do with video. I am running Vista. Can someone help?

if you run into problems because of the fixes, you might need to reinstall the programs
