| I just installed Windows XP Pro on a desktop that had been running Windows 98SE and now I've got only an error message which reads: Logon User Interface DLL RtlGina2.dll failed to load. Contact system administrator to replace DLL or repair original. This Error message pops up directly after the XP Splash screen. I've restarted the PC several times, but keep getting the same thing and can't do anything else. I can NOT get by this Error Message. How can I address this?

Looks like a clean install is in order here.
