Does anyone one know of a free way to download and distribue windows updates for 2000/xp

I don't exaclty know why (other than for cracked versions of Windows) you'd want to do this, every windows update has a downloadable version on the microsoft site.

wot do you mean do you want the windows or just the updates..?? updates are available free from the microsoft.com website... even if you are on a cracked version you can download em..... and if you are looking for the windows..!! they are also available
