Default Two different mail servers in OutlooK Express - Home & Work

I've got a client who has a laptop. Their ISP at work requires them to use the ISP's outgoing mail server. The ISP at home does too however it is a different ISP.

Is there any way to use two outgoing mail servers for an account? They don't want to have two Outlook Express profiles...

I way I can think of is to set-up two accounts... both the same email address but with different outgoing mail servers. Is that the only way?
