Default Transferring Favorites

Hope someone can help. All my Favorites in Explorer (running in XP Professional) are under my administrative setting. I created a new user setting and want to transfer/copy my Favorites there. How do I go about doing this?

i would just go to "Documents&Settings, 'administrator', favorites, and copy them all over to:

Documents&Settings-All Users-Favorites.
