Default Time before startup.

Hi, there is this screen before my Windows XP starts up that says something like "time before highlighted os begins" and it counts down from 30. It's a black and screen with white text. How do I lower than time period or get rid of the screen entirely?

Two options here depending on what thery are:

Option 1. Go to start, run, type msconfig, press ok. Click on Boot.ini tab, click on check all boot paths, press ok if it finds the invalid entry.

Option 2. Go to Control Panel, System, Advanced Tab, Startup and Recovery, click on settings button, Uncheck time to display operating systems, then reboot and see what happens
