Default Thumbnail Previews Disguise Filenames in Explorer!?!?!

Yea....just as the title said. I have a folder with over 1000 Digital Pictures. I decided it would be wise of me to organize them into folders, and delete some to make room, etc.

When I go to preview them in Thumbnails, the picture that appears in the thumb is a completely different picture when I actually click on it! So Thumbnails are showing different than actual picture

Please help
Joe

Disable hidden files and system files in Folder Options, and delete "thumbs.db" which is in each folder that contains pictures which are, or have been viewed as thumbnails. Maybe it helps.

Try going into the folder where the pics are and going to:
Tools / Folder Options / View... and check the 'Do not cache thumbnails' box

Do a restart and then go back into the folder and uncheck the box.

 Let me know how that works!
