Default Is there a way?

Is there a way to install windows 98 onto a Hard Drive plugged into a USB external case and then transfer it into a computer for it's final destination.

Here's why I ask: My Friend has a *very* slow computer. I would like to work on the hard drive using my fast computer and then put it back in it's home.

Thanks!

HavenÂ’t tried that yet but I have coped an OS to an USB external Hard Drive. Assuming that you want to move all his files (system or otherwise) to a hard drive with 98, you plug in the external Hard Drive, making sure windows knows itÂ’s there. Right click, and copy the disk on to the external drive.

I hope this is what you need, and im not Misunderstanding
