Hello,

TagScanner is a good, free program. As well as being able to rename filenames, mass edit tags, create filenames from tags and create tags from filenames, there's a list maker feature where you can export a list of music filenames within an entire folder, to an HTML, XML or CSV file.

The homepage is here: http://xdev.narod.ru/tagscan_e.htm

(Because it takes agggeess for the homepage to load) here's the direct download link for the program:

http://www.rialnet.ru/~serega/files/tagscan.zip
