Im helping my friend with his computer and this is what is happening...

His OS is Windows ME and theres this error message 'TCP Stack Configuration Missing'. Can anyone give some suggestions on how to fix this please? Thanx!

Hey cheerios,

His TCP/IP stack may have been corrupted from a virus.
I haven't used this but you can check it out this tool
is suppose to repair the TCP/IP stack in your OS.

I recommend doing a little research on Google to see if this
applies to your situation.

gee thx, ill try it out on his computer tomorrow... the problem now is how do i send it over... hmm... coz his internet is down probably due to this error and i tink its bigger than the size of a 1.44 floppy hmm

Use a usb pen drive, it's your friends computer tell them
to cough up a floppy.

LOL, yeah, but i dun haf a thumb drive... my pop wun lend it to me , hmm, yeah ill ask him for the floppy
