please could any body explain to me what is the meaning of:
On the taskmanager when we click view -> update speed and change it to another value, what does this mean?

Its how fast the displays in task manager are displayed if you go to processes and change the update speed to low or paused you will see that the cpu usage and memory refresh rate slow down or pause.

I doubt it has any impact on your pc, I presume refreshing the list does use more resources but not enough to notice. I leave mine on normal unless i have a problem with a program and need to close it then i`ll put it in high to get a more accurate reading of how much memory or cpu usage it is doing.

...just in case houssam, it's got nothing to do with the speed of the CPU...

...just, how frequently the information displayed (such as current CPU usage and Physical Memory usage) is updated in the Task Manager.
