Default Task Scheduler Error XPsp3

I am trying to get windows task scheduler working and I am having some problems... I tring to get a daily back of a mysql database going with a simple bat file... i know the file works because I ran it manually. I got to add new task... apply when i want it to run... i get to where its the username and password... username is good... password is good.... go to finnish and I get a 0X80070005 error... its creates the task but the task will not start. any ideas?

mysql should have its own function like task scheduler

Yes I believe it does but I'm using this whit two other bat files to zip them up and send them over to an ftp.

permissions issue?

does 0X80070005 mean access denied? check out this link 2003R2 :Access denied error while adding a new task in scheduler
