When running some games system is crashing with error;

Any ideas as to whats going on. When it doesnt crash, games are very 'jumpy' and the sound breaks up. I recently installed a second HDD and trying to copy files from one to other also results in crash.

I have rolled back to last good config, and also graphic drivers but still getting error. System is Athlon XP1800, Asus a7a266-e, 512MB, GeForce3 Ti 200, S/blaster Audigy Live, Windows XP.
