Default syconising outlook

I can use active sync to synconise my email contacts and email between my PYZCHOB!+C# and My PDA.

But is there away that I can sync my emails and contacts between my PYZCHOB!+C# and SUPERSONICB!+C#.

Or atleast automatically transfer my email and contact from one PC to another.

PYZCHOB!+C# is running Outlook 2k3
SUPERSONICB!+C# is running Outlook 2000 or Xp

outlook 2k3 needs activesync 3.7. if your pda/ppc supports that ver it will work. (older pda/ppc's req activesync 3.5) make sure all contacts are in your main/root contacts folder.
