Default Strike F1 to continue on boot-up

I have a Windows 2003 server that we use as our file server. All of a sudden a couple of weeks ago it started hanging on boot up and saying press the F1 key to continue. Press the F1 and it continues to boot fine. Why does it do this? I've scanned and swept it multiple times.

Thanks,
Andy

No, I don't see any error messages. The server isn't even a year old. I'll replace the battery and see what that does.
