[Gus_mp]

I've read on the internet about "spoolsv.exe" being a possible trojan or virus, but when I scan them (and my entire computer) nothing shows up as a trojan or virus. My software is up-to-date and I am just curious if I should delete those files or just forget them. One is in the windows/system32 folder and the other is in windows/servicepackfiles/i386 folder. I've also ran spybot and adware se.

Description:
spoolsv.exe is a Microsoft Windows system executable which handles the printing process. This process is not critical to the running of the system but should be terminated unless suspected of causing problems.

Note: spoolsv.exe is a process registered as a backdoor vulnerability which may be installed for malicious purposes by an attacker allowing access to your computer from remote locations, stealing passwords, Internet banking and personal data. If unaccounted for, this process should be removed immediately.

Looks like its most likely just a printing process, if you're not getting anything about it being a virus/trojan when you scan.
