Default Speed it up!

I downloaded a memory software called speed it up! I was wondering if anyone has used this software and if it's even needed. What it does is defrag your memory to free it up.

well it depends how much memory you have, what i think it does is find unessesary services in the background, and deletes them to free memory. If you have enough, i would rely on using it.

I think if your system has to rely on a program to free up memory, it might be in your best nterest to purchase some more memory

A program use memory to free up memory? What a trade... Any tweaking should be done manually for best result.

It uses very little power to run, so why not use it if it makes you happy
