Speed Fan please i need help!

hi i downloaded SpeedFan because i wanted to see how much RPM my fans are doing and when i close the programme they all go to 100% and its Very loud i dont mind it like that but will it affect my PSU or even my System ? plus how do i set the speed and close it so it will save it to how i set it
