windows service pack 2 won't install but when i check my add and remove programs theres something with sp2 underneath it can someone help me out

go to system under control panel and tell me what it says system

i removed it from the control panel because it said windows might not run right so now i just got sp1 stuff and some hot fixes any ideas on how to get the thing to run or do i even need sp2

something that had Q a bunch of numbers and said sp2 in parenthesis because it said i hadn't fully installed sp2 and it would make windows unstable
