sp2 or no sp2

only if your pc is slow, as is processor slow, and low on memory....I've seen this a few times, pc runs fine untill I install sp2, then it slows it down

Yes, just make sure to back up your data before hand. You should do this anyways, but do it especially when you install SP2.

i got a xp pro cd with sp2 slipsteamed and reformated the computer its all good so far. so yea thankz

What he means that is soon, all updates from Microsoft will only be available to you if you have SP 2.
