Unfortunantely their is no way that I know of to download
the latest Internet Explorer with the built in popup blocker.
This refers to it being builtin to Service Pack 2 as we all know.

This link works for downloading the full version of Internet
Explorer but I haven't found a way for the latest IE version.

You can download a toolbar plugin with a popup blocker
builtin. The babelfish toolbar allows you to translate
foreign websites and also includes a good popup blocker.

I have heard the Google Toolbar which has a builtin
popup blocker is good also.

Good Luck.

Yeah, Blind_Arrow the Mozilla firefox web browser is good.
http://www.mozilla.org/

I have a friend that has been using the Opera web browser
for almost a year and loves it. Both of these have builtin
Popup blockers, and most of the exploits are designed for
Internet Explorer, not the firefox or opera web browsers.

Good Luck.
