I wasn't quite sure where to put this since it's a rather odd problem.
Any sound or music that plays on any application has messed up pitch. The problem just started out of the blue one day. I reinstalled my sound "card" (it's onboard) drivers but that didn't work, so I don't know what the problem is.
Sounds and music have pitch problems.
