ok..so how do you know that your sound card isnt working..?..(besides not being able to hear any sound..)..just wondering if there is a way to test it..

i have win 2000 and tried the whole audio codec and changing sounds etc for it..no sound...

its a creative live

..where do i get updated drivers for it..?..any ideas..thanks

thanks...i am downloading new drivers ...

not sure why there is no sound..i even removed it from the pci slot and reinstalled it...

it had worked the first time i installed it...wondering if there is a conflict with other devices...

the problem was wrong drivers that came with the sound card..(i bought it from someone..so thats why...)..it works now..thanks all
