anyways i jst want to know how to reformat and keep some of my files AKA PICTURES, word documents, videos etc
is there a program where i can do it an easy program???
need HELP A.S.A.P PLEASE AND THANK YOU

You can just do a system repair. Or you can split your drive into two partitions. Drag your file into the empty partition and reformat your boot partition. Then drag all your files back.

either like above, system repair.. if using an older version of windows do a google for deltree to do a reinstall. takes to long to type out, but you deltree the windows directory, rename the autoexec and config to something like autoexec.old config.old, reinstall.

you could try backing up ure files to a removable drive or getting a second hard drive and backing them up to there befor reformatting also

if you computer is full of viruses. you can boot with a bart pe cd and burn them to cd or copy them to another hdd.

You could just put the files on a cd, reformat, then put the files back on.
