Software dissapearing on Vista.

I just got a brand new laptop. Dell Inspiron 1545. Intel Core 2 Duo (2.0GHz) processor. 320GB HDD. 4GB RAM. Windows Vista Home Premium. My system type is a 64-bit Operating System.

Anyways. I installed AVG, songbird, iTunes, etc. and I rebooted one day and they were all gone. I have no idea why.

Sounds like the system crashed adn restored to a previous date.
