Default sites taking while to load!

hello i have a pretty fast connection that has worked just fine up till the past week or so. I go to alot of sites like thatvideosite.com/youtube videos when i click on a clip i will see just a white screen but the clip will have played all the was through just the sound. and as of yesterday some sites pages wont even load at all ill hit refresh and nothing. I have tried clearing out history and all that good stuff i even switched to IE 7 then back to 6 Now im on 7 again (i like 7 better) any idea guys?

Have you installed any new updates via windows update?

Have you installed any new drivers? anything new pre issue?

You can repair IE by performing a repair on the OS.

If so, i use FF just because i think its faster and im able to get the different themes.
