Default Shrink mirrored (RAID 1) partitions

Here is what i need to know. I will be working on a server that has a RAID 1 configuration (Mirrored Setup) the Windows operating system is set up on a 4 GB partition and the rest of the hard drive is used for storage. The 4 GB partition has become cluttered and is almost full so we need to shrink the second partition to expand the 4 GB windows partition. I know how to do this with one hard drive but i was wondering how to do it with a RAID 1 configuration.
