Sharing documents in Vista

On the same PC, How do I share all the documents of an adminstrator account with a normal user account in Vista without having to copy them again.
I already did the sharing process on the properties menu of Documents from the administrator account but do not see them on the normal user account.

I believe you have to put documents you want to share, in the Public folder, if I'm not mistaken.
