Default Sharing computer, restricting one user

I want to share my computer. Right now I'm using in the administrator account, I want to add my brother as an account and I want him to be able to do pretty much everything I can, except I want to restrict one group of folders, mainly my documenst and desktop folders. How do I go about doing this?
