Hi,
I was checking out a pc game named 'smackdown'. As it was an older version i did had some difficulty with installing it by vitual cd and daemon tools. As the game had a Xp patch to run it correctly and i didn't liked that game. And had it uninstalled. After that my pc screen resolution had completely shrinked. So i clicked onto the ati properties page and corrected the vertical and horizontal length of the screen. Now to my surprise whenever i run a pc game, then a new shorter resolution screen appears. Perhaps the patch of the smackdown game is still on. So i even did a 'system restore' on my pc. But even that never solved my problem. Any solutions?

Remove your GFX drivers use Driver Cleaner Pro to make sure they are gone and then reboot and reinstall them.

This will flush the GFX drivers out fully and allow you to have your settings go back to normal.
