I'm working on a project that requires a scanning system as the heart of the project. I need a suggestion on what to get or where to go to find information.

Situation:
Company does jobs that are paperowrk driven. Each job uses a work order(paper) that is used to assign jobs to the tech, signed by customer, and sent to contractor for payment.

Quantity:
300-500 work orders daily

Requirement:
Scanning equipment and software that can handle this quantity and keep the orders organized for easy access.

wouldn't you use "scan once" and "print multiple" pages? if this is the case it is probbably a bigger matter for a faster printer rather than a scanner
