Default saveing video clips...

does anyone know of a program that will cut out a part of a video file......

hmmm... i record several hours off of my tvr card..., is there a program that can cut a parts out of that, by setting the start point and the end point... then be able to save it...

oh.. maybe a screen shot taker for video clips... I'm sure some people have tried to prntscrn then paste in mspaint... doesn't work...

lol... I'm tired... I didn't word that worth crap/\, so if anyone can decifer it... please make suggestions...
