Default runtime errors

hi
i get this prompt fro msn saying microsoft cant log on and asks me
if i want to debug my computer.is there anyway to fix this short of
debugging my computer(like i no how to do that)lol.thanks.

Note: when asking for help you are REQUIRED to provide as much information as possible. Computer specifications, recently added software and or hardware, recent power outages/surges, Programs running, running processes, anti virus installed, anti spyware installed, when did the problem start, what have you already tried, internet connection type, computers connected to network, router brand and model, Modem brand and model, is windows uptodate, error information in event viewer.

You get the point, I hope. The more information the Better.

hi again
i just got the error again.im using xp it read "line 567 error lastupdatetime is null or not an objest"i have spysweeeper
registry repair,nothing in the backround-it just pops up-im
using a thompson digital broadband modem. i havent tried
anything yet.hope this will surrifice.thanks
